Mae Caniad yn brosiect cynnwys defnyddwyr gwasanaethau a gofalwyr iechyd meddwl yng Ngogledd Cymru sy’n cael ei gynnal gan Adferiad. Bydd deiliad y swydd yn gyfrifol am gynnig cymorth o fewn gwasanaethau camddefnyddio sylweddau ar draws Wrecsam a Sir y Fflint. Gweithio fel rhan o dîm i hwyluso cyfleoedd cyfranogiad a dod ag ystod o bobl sydd â phrofiad diweddar o wasanaethau camddefnyddio sylweddau at ei gilydd.
Bydd y prosiect yn nodi cyfleoedd i gymryd rhan, yn hwyluso presenoldeb mewn cyfarfodydd, fforymau, a digwyddiadau, yn recriwtio aelodau newydd, yn cefnogi darparu hyfforddiant perthnasol a chymorth TG, yn ad-dalu treuliau ac yn gweinyddu cynllun bancio amser y prosiect.
