The Role
As Business Director, you\’ll spearhead our commercial strategy, leading the sales and account management teams while driving significant business growth through both new business development and existing client partnerships. This is a key leadership position reporting directly to the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the commercial team to deliver exceptional results
- Set and monitor individual/team revenue targets
- Implement strategic sales frameworks and processes
- Manage and grow key client relationships at senior level
- Create compelling proposals and presentations for major opportunities
- Drive ambitious revenue growth across the agency
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance commercial capabilities
- Collaborate with planning and creative teams to ensure campaign excellence
- Lead end-to-end sales cycle for OOH campaigns
- Identify and capitalise on market opportunities and trends
Required Experience
- 5+ years OOH/media sales experience
- Proven team leadership experience
- Strong commercial acumen with track record of hitting targets
- Excellence in presentations and pitching
- Existing relationships within the OOH industry
