As a Senior Ground Systems Engineer, youβll play a leading role in developing and maintaining cutting-edge ground segment systemsβfrom conceptual design to operational maintenance.
This role combines technical expertise, mentorship, and high levels of autonomy, contributing to ground-breaking space missions that support a safer and more sustainable future in orbit.
What Youβll Do:
πΉ Lead the development & integration of mission-critical ground systems
πΉ Troubleshoot, test, and refine ground segment functionality
πΉ Capture & analyse system requirements, ensuring seamless integration
πΉ Collaborate across IT, operations, and infrastructure teams
πΉ Support mission operations with technical expertise & training
πΉ Follow Agile (SCRUM) methodologies & contribute to RFP evaluations
What Weβre Looking For:
β 3+ yearsβ experience in ground segment development for space missions
β Strong knowledge of mission control, automation & planning systems
β Familiarity with CCSDS standards & space-to-ground communications
β Experience in requirement engineering & testing campaigns
β Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or Engineering
