In the role of Training Manager, you will report to the Head Housekeeper/Area Manager and be responsible for supporting the housekeeping team in delivering the perfect service to our clients and their guests, and the timely, professional and correct execution of training and retraining room attendants. Conducting interviews and Health and Safety induction for all new team members.

Your role will include:

  1. Interviewing and training new staff (induction, H&S, COSHH, brand standards, cleanliness, security policies, etc)
  2. Monitoring new room attendant’s performance
  3. Retraining (room attendants not performing, changes on standards, etc)
  4. Checking VIP rooms
  5. Spot checking staff
