We are looking for a proactive Personal Assistant to support the day-to-day coordination of personal, travel, household, and office affairs for a prominent international family.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel Coordination: Arrange private and commercial travel, including flights, ground transportation, and accommodation, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Diary and Calendar Management: Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and send timely reminders for efficient time management.
  • Family Residence & Household Management: Manage rent, utility bills, household staff schedules and expense reporting
  • Medical and Health Insurance Management: Oversee health Insurance payments, coordinate medical appointments for family members, and maintain up-to-date health records.
  • Office Administration: Oversee bookings and operations of the Curzon Street office, including guest coordination, refreshments, and inventory management.
  • Correspondence and Document Handling: Manage correspondence, prepare briefing materials, take meeting notes, and handle confidential documents professionally.
