Spirehouse are currently recruiting for a People Partner on behalf of a Multi-Academy Trust in London. The Opportunity A People Partner is required to work collaboratively with senior leaders to drive the people strategy in the region, overseeing and managing the people function and providing support and coaching to the SLT and people teams to manage HR processes effectively. This is a generalist position covering several schools within the Trust, supporting on Employee Relations, performance management, employee engagement & workforce planning. There is line management responsibility, supporting People Advisors across the region.
