Offshore Technician
Permanent, Full-time
Oldmeldrum, Aberdeen but can be flexible on location.

The Energy Division provides safe, sustainable products and services for two core markets, oil and gas and renewables.
Job Purpose:
Multi-Disciplined Service Technician duties to include assembly, test, operate, service and maintain JFO and third-party equipment offshore.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the maintenance, repair, and operational readiness of offshore equipment and systems.
- Monitor and maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues, and support offshore operations to achieve project objectives
- Perform maintenance, lubrication, and testing of components, equipment, and machines.
- Conduct assembly and disassembly of equipment, as well as repair of parts
- Ensure that all equipment meets safety and quality standards
- Provide technical expertise to the team and support offshore operations
- Plan maintenance activities and evaluate the performance of components and machines.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Understanding of operational processes and maintenance activities.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, health and safety policies, and quality assurance processes.
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including disassembly, servicing, greasing, assembly, and function testing
- Experience in performing maintenance, lubrication, and testing of components, equipment, and machines.
- Background in assembly and disassembly of equipment, as well as repair of parts.
- Proven track record in planning maintenance activities and evaluating the performance of components and machines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Outlook, and Word.
