The Maintenance EngineeringManagershould have work experience within an Automation, FMCG, or Engineering site-based environment with relevant skill sets as below. 10% Pension, 31 Days Holiday, Life Insurance, Retail Discounts plus muchmore… The Maintenance EngineeringManagerwill lead and manage a team of skilled resident shift leaders, multi skilled engineers,assistant engineerstoconsistently and successfully deliver KPIs on time and within budget. TheMaintenance EngineeringManagerwill mentor, guide, monitor, and develop the team. Recognise the customer\’s values and what is critical to quality in order for the customer to succeed and provide an environment and framework of service excellence. The Maintenance EngineeringManager willmanage talent including review, development, and succession to fulfil our requirements. Compliance with Health Safety legislation and HS policies at all times Create the site Health Safety plan and foster a positive HS culture on site ensuring that it is maintained. To meet pre-agreed KPI targets, ensureSLAs are met. To plan and maintain MHE servicing schedules andsite shift patterns To attend customer meetings as required whileestablish and maintain customer relations To maintain the relevant service records and prioritise system faults Ensure utilization for all Safety Critical Maintenance, accurate spares management, and scheduled maintenance Deliver budget and demonstrate cost control within contractual guidelines Define, support, and lead LEAN projects seeking efficiency in all business processes. Qualifications HNC or HND in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Higher Qualifications IOSH managing safely NEBOSH is desirable A working understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic technical manuals, drawings Understanding of control systems and problem-solving techniques Understanding of preventive maintenance PPM principles and adept at using CMMS software Experience, skilledof managing Budgets, PL management TPBN1_UKTJ
