Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Canary Wharf, London – Up to £45,000 Per annum An exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in London. My client is looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based across a large commercial estate located in Canary Wharf, London. The successful candidate will be mechanically qualified / biased (C&G or NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. In return the company are offering a competitive salary, overtime and the chance to work at this very unique and interesting site. Working with the on-site maintenance team, the successful candidate will be required to carry out mechanical maintenance duties to the following; Duties: ? Carry out all aspects of mechanical maintenance activities across mechanical plant and systems ? Hands-on PPM and reactive maintenance ? Commercial heating systems ? AHUs, FCUs, and associated HVAC equipment. ? Carry out system fault-finding and diagnostics ? Liaise directly with the client\’s estates teams to ensure maintenance activities are aligned ? Monitor mechanical plant ? Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings ? Air Conditioning – Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) ? Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing) ? Plumbing – Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc ? Monitor the BMS systems ? Supervise contractors and assist with minor project works or installations ? Maintain clear documentation, logbooks, and records Hours of Work & Salary ? £45,000 per annum ? Monday to Friday (40 Hour week) ? 8:00 to 17:00 ? Overtime available ? 25 Days Holiday Requirements ?
