Overview
We are working with an internationally recognised design studio celebrated for its immersive and detail-rich interiors. With a portfolio spanning luxury hotels, restaurants, and high-end residential spaces, their London team is now looking for a proactive and highly organised Studio Assistant to support daily operations and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Your flexibility will be paramount as you will also be required to handle ad-hoc duties in accordance with the evolving needs of the office. Prior experience in reception and office administration is advantageous, and the ideal candidate will exhibit strong teamwork skills and approach tasks with a resilient attitude.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and front-of-house hospitality
- Support designers with client and supplier meetings, including scheduling and conference call setup and preparing materials
- Keep studio and reception areas tidy, stocked and presentation-ready
- Manage ordering office supplies and magazine subscriptions
- Liaise with suppliers to maintain an up-to-date materials library
- Provide admin support to directors including travel bookings, expenses, and invoice processing
- Assist with occasional event support for internal studio functions
