Shape the future of engineering education at DN Colleges Group. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Electrical Installation Lecturer to join our Engineering team. You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing high-quality learning experiences across further education, T-Level, and apprenticeship programmes. Essential Criteria
- Relevant professional technical qualification at Level 3 or above
- Minimum Level 2 in Literacy and Numeracy
- Level 5 teaching qualification or willingness to work towards within an agreed timescale
- Substantial industrial experience in electrical installation or related field
- Ability to motivate and inspire learners with strong communication and organisational skills
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons for Electrical Installation programmes
- Develop curriculum materials and contribute to course leadership and quality assurance
- Support learners through guidance, mentoring, and progress tracking
- Assist with student recruitment and meet enrolment targets
- Participate in departmental development, staff appraisal, and continuous professional development
