Global Web and Digital Content Leader
Job Description
You will be a key member of the Digital Center of Excellence (CoE) management team, responsible for delivering a best-in-class end-to-end customer experience across all Philips global websites.
Your role:
- Lead a team of web and content strategy, technology, digital content, testing & optimization, and SEO managers to develop and execute a global content and web capability.
- Establish and set global governance, standards, and best practices for all our Health Systems businesses for their global web and content properties and platforms.
- Drive the evolution of our digital customer experience through transformational programs and continuous customer-focused optimization.
- Partner with all businesses and regions to develop and execute activities that meet customer needs and identify new growth opportunities.
- Create and implement a vision to enhance our impact, collaborating with marketing, sales, IT, and other organizational leaders.
You\’re the right fit if:
- You have 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, including web strategy and execution.
- You have managed a cross-functional digital team with a global scope and possess a strong understanding of core digital marketing platforms, such as content management systems and digital asset management platforms.
- Your skills include digital marketing strategy, web strategy, execution, negotiation, and stakeholder management across global teams.
- You hold a BA degree, MBA preferred, in a related field.
