  • This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Personal Injury Lawyer to join a growing, ambitious personal injury practice in Manchester.

    You’ll manage your own litigated caseload, dealing with quality non-CMC work, within a supportive and well-established team environment.

    The firm is bucking market trends by continuing to expand and is on course to become the leading claimant practice for OL/PL/EL claims in the region.

    Who we’re looking for

  • Solicitor, CILEX or qualified by experience (1 year+ PQE equivalent)
  • Experience running your own caseload of litigated EL/PL matters
  • Knowledge of the PI process, case law, CPR and MOJ protocol
  • Proclaim case management experience
  • Strong billing record and client-care skills
  • Target-driven but with a client-first mindset
  • What you’ll be doing

  • Manage a caseload of predominantly fast track litigated OL/PL files
  • Handle cases from issue through to trial/disposal hearing
  • Ensure compliance with court directions, internal instructions and supervisor requirements
  • Negotiate settlements to achieve the best outcomes for clients
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and referrers
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the OL/PL department

  • Salary: Up to £55,000 DOE
  • Bonus: Uncapped monthly commission scheme
