We are currently seeking skilled and compassionate SEN Teachers to join a network of supportive schools across Kent, from Dartford to Margate and Maidstone to Tunbridge Wells.

About the Role:
We are working with a range of primary, secondary, and specialist provisions throughout Kent that are seeking enthusiastic SEN professionals. You will be responsible for planning and delivering tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of your pupils, fostering an inclusive and positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver differentiated teaching to pupils with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and MLD

  • Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs)

  • Work closely with support staff, therapists, and external agencies

  • Monitor pupil progress and maintain accurate records

  • Promote a safe and nurturing classroom environment

What We\’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Experience working with children with SEN (within mainstream or specialist settings)

  • A thorough understanding of SEN strategies and inclusive teaching practices
