Based at either University Park Campus or Jubilee Campus we are looking for an experienced, customer focused, and enthusiastic individual to assist the Hall Managers in the day-to-day running of busy student Halls of Residence.

Main duties will include assisting with the management and organisation of the accommodation and housekeeping function carrying out a range of associated administrative and operational duties ensuring high quality customer service is always provided throughout the student journey. You will also manage adherence to University policies and procedures within the unit and will carry out service, codes of practice and Health and Safety audits.

Candidates should have substantial experience within a similar environment, have demonstrable planning, organisational and administration skills and substantial experience of resource management. Excellent customer service skills are also essential for this role.

This is a full time, permanent post. Hours of work are 36.25 per week, working 5 days out of 7 to be arranged. An option to work compressed hours is available for this post.
