Working within our Optimisation & Personalisation team, you’ll have the power to make a positive difference to our customers’ lives right now and in the future. Within a fast paced, agile environment, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of your tests, from data analysis and ideation through to wireframing and post-test analysis.

The difference you’ll make:
- You’ll be obsessed about improving our customers’ experiences.
- Establish customer pain points through the detailed analysis of our customer journeys, analysing user research, customer surveys, web browsing behaviour and more.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure all activities are compliant and mitigate any risks.
- Work with our external partner to build, QA & deliver activities, ensuring experiences are delivered on time and to the expected quality.
- Analysing concluded optimisation / personalisation activities to ensure key takeaways are established and incrementality identified.
- Support the continuous improvement of our CRO methodology with our direct and global teams, sharing learnings and best practices to drive growth throughout the group.
What you’ll bring:
These are the essential requirements you need to be successful in this role:
- Passionate about delivering a customer centric approach with an analytical mindset.
- Experience of delivering a CRO testing program, from opportunity identification through to test build.
- Ability to analyse user behaviour through user research, customer surveys and web / digital analytics.
- UX and CX understanding and awareness of key digital principles.
It would also be nice for you to have:
- Experience with industry leading optimisation tools such as, or similar to: Adobe Target, Optimizely, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and evidence of generating confidence through effective management of key stakeholders.
- Flexible to work with new methodologies and ways of working in a fast paced, changing environment.
- Approach challenges pragmatically, working on short term wins and longer-term strategic growth.
What else you need to know:
This role is based in our Unity Place office (Milton Keynes).
We want our people to thrive at work and home, and also be able to deliver the best outcomes for our customers and to help each other develop. To support this, we offer site-based contracts with a hybrid working pattern and our expected level of attendance in an office is at least 12 days per month (pro-rata for part-time roles).
If you apply for this role in this location, it’s important you consider your travelling distance, time and cost from your home to the office location(s).
We’re happy to discuss specific working patterns and arrangement within this hybrid approach during the recruitment process.

1st Stage – Technical Interview – this will a 30min technical interview with one of the team
2nd Stage – A one-hour formal interview where we will ask both technical and competency-based questions. This can be done virtually or face to face depending on your situation.
