The Firs Residential Home is looking for a confident Team Leader who is passionate about providing good care to join our brilliant team.
SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
A Team Leader is a step up from a Senior Care Assistant position, with additional responsibilities due to proven skills and experience. You will act as a mentor and support to carers on the floor, working with the Head of Care, Deputy Manager, and Manager to ensure the delivery of the best possible care. The role involves hands-on care with residents, as well as responsibilities such as medication administration, administrative tasks like managing the rota, and assisting in writing care plans. You will also be in charge of managing carers and seniors on the floor, deploying them appropriately.
