We’re looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our growing Pipeline Division. You’ll take charge of a multidisciplinary team, leading the end-to-end delivery of a varied programme of projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving performance, ensuring compliance, and exceeding client expectations.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Leading project delivery from conception to completion, ensuring health & safety, quality, commercial targets, and timelines are achieved.
- Managing all operational activities within your workstream, including design interpretation, procurement, cost control, and financial forecasting.
- Building and nurturing strong client relationships, interpreting contractual obligations, and aligning project goals with client needs.
- Driving compliance with health, safety, regulatory, and legal requirements at every stage of the project lifecycle.
- Promoting OnSite’s values through strong leadership, innovation, team development, and customer excellence.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing infrastructure or utility projects, ideally within the water or pipeline sectors.
- A track record of successful project delivery with full P&L responsibility.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience working alongside commercial teams to track costs and maximise performance.
- A confident communicator who inspires and leads multi-disciplinary teams and sub-contractors.
- A commitment to high standards in safety, environmental compliance, and team wellbeing.
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.
