Customer Service Advisor

Location: Dinnington

Schedule: Monday – Friday, Full time, Permanent

Job Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Handle inbound calls in a fast-paced environment
  • Assist customers with various queries and aim to resolve issues on the first contact
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through positive and professional interactions
