The Deputy Ticketing & Reception Manager (Systems & Sales) is responsible for event set up and associated offers on our ticketing system, troubleshooting system issues, working collaboratively across teams to ensure on sale deadlines are met, liaising with agents and promoters regarding ticket allocations and supporting the ticketing and reception team and deputising for the Ticketing and Reception Manager as required.

The position supports the day-to-day work of the team of Ticketing and Reception staff (permanent, casual and volunteers), ensuring an efficient and effective digital first sales and systems focussed operation integral to and with excellent visitor experience at the heart of day to day delivery.

The box office is Warwick Arts Centre’s visitor welcome and reception hub required to:

– Deliver a pro-active, efficient sales focussed ticketing and reception operation providing accurate and timely information to all visitors.

– Deliver a visible and warm welcome providing an excellent visitor experience at all times.

– Support and assist with CRM maintenance and administration.

– Proactively collaborate with WAC teams to support delivery of visitor experience / sales / WAC objectives / vision and mission.

About You

This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with a passion for systems who has a keen eye for detail, is efficient, organised and can work at speed whilst delivering accurately. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and have a proactive attitude.

This post will sit within the Ticketing & Reception team and report to the Ticketing & Reception Manager.

Hours for this role are set on a weekly rota that runs over a rolling 4 week period. The rota covers Monday – Sunday, morning through to evening. This post will have a mixture of administrative time and customer service hours across any given week. We operate across 363 days a year so our team do work over holiday periods.
