Woodland Court in Portchester, is looking for a confident Team Leader who is passionate about providing good care, to join our brilliant team.
Summary Of The Role
A Team Leader is a step up from a Senior Care Assistant position, where you will have additional responsibilities due to your proven skills and experience. You will be a mentor and support to carers on the floor and work with the Head of Care and/or Deputy Manager and Manager to ensure that we are providing the best possible care. Your role will still be very much hands-on with the residents although you will have added responsibilities such as medication and administrative jobs, such as the rota or helping to write care plans. You will also be in charge of managing carers and seniors on the floor and deploying them appropriately.
