CNC Machinist\\n\\nAylesbury\\n\\nSalary Negotiable + 15% Shift Premium\\n\\nOur client has a fantastic opportunity for an organized CNC Machinist from a manufacturing background to take the lead in manufacturing high quality parts!\\n\\nCNC Machinist Roles and Responsibilities:\\n\\n * Carry out CNC Milling operations as directed by production supervision\\n\\n * Operating 3 Axis machines\\n\\n * Fanuc controls on Siemens and Mitsubishi machines\\n\\n * Assist in the work carried out within other production areas\\n\\n * The setting & operation of CNC machines\\n\\n * Machining of Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Titanium & CuNi materials as instructed\\n\\n * Manufacture work in line with the tolerances and dimensions stated on our drawings\\n\\n * Participate with all ISO 9001 quality requirements as dictated by procedures\\n\\n * Participate in the quality control process relevant to the work carried out\\n\\nThe ideal CNC Machinist will:\\n\\n * Have experience of setting and operating machinery\\n\\n * Have understanding of programming CNC machines\\n\\n * Be able to read and work from engineering drawings\\n\\n * Understanding of Metrology and the use of Metrology equipment\\n\\n * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (desirable)\\n\\n * Be IT Literate (desirable)\\n\\nWorking Hours:\\n\\nMonday to Wednesday 13:30pm – 23:30pm\\n\\nThursday 13:30 – 23:00pm\\n\\nJackie Kerr Recruitment is an independent agency that has been established for 27 years.\\nWe strive to provide the ultimate consultancy service to all our candidates.
