We\’re on the lookout for a driven Architectural Graduate or CAD Technician for one of our clients – someone ready to take the next step in their career. If you love producing detailed, accurate work and enjoy seeing your ideas come to life on site, you\’ll fit right in.
What we\’re after:
- A completed Bachelor or Master of Architecture, New Zealand Certificate in Draughting, or equivalent – bonus points if you\’re working towards registration or LBP3.
- Top-notch Revit 3D modelling skills and a knack for putting together clear construction and presentation documents.
- Sharp eye for detail – you spot what others miss.
- Good understanding of New Zealand construction industry standards and building regs.
- Solid communicator who can work well with clients, consultants, and the rest of the team.
- Self-starter with a genuine appetite to learn and grow.
- A current full NZ driver\’s licence.
