Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in ensuring compliance excellence within a dynamic and innovative organization? This new, exciting role is responsible for assisting the Compliance team to ensure a robust and effective compliance function across all business units within the AXA France UK Branches. The Compliance Manager will work as part of the Compliance Team to implement controls and assist with the delivery of the Annual Compliance Plan.

What you\’ll be doing:
- Prepare regulatory returns and maintain the reporting calendar
- Review and update compliance policies, procedures, and processes
- Preparation of compliance monthly reports, board papers and committee packs
- Reviewing regulatory and commercial developments
- Deliver training and advice on regulatory issues
- Support the Head of Compliance in dealings with regulators
- Keep up to date with FCA requirements and ensure all conduct standards are met
What you\’ll bring:
- Experience managing compliance teams in financial services
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and Excel
- Knowledge of UK regulatory environment, specifically FCA Sourcebook
- Experience in the insurance industry at a managerial level
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
