We are looking for HR Projects & Reporting Assistant to join our HR Admin Team on a full-time permanent contract.

As the HR Projects & Reporting Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the successful management of Bauer UK HR transformation projects, deliverables and priorities.
You will also manage and track projects using proven operational excellence methodologies and project processes to ensure a collaborative ‘one team’ approach.
This is a hybrid position where you will work from home and our office at Peterborough.

What you will do:
- Deliver Meaningful Reporting – Build and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g. GPG, Ofcom, D&I), working closely with the global reporting team.
- Champion Data Accuracy – Maintain and cleanse People Source data, resolve technical queries, and ensure our systems reflect reality.
- Keep Projects on Track – Coordinate timelines, track progress, and support the delivery of HR transformation projects using structured methodologies.
- Support Process Improvement – Map processes, create user guides, and help embed new ways of working across the HR function.
- Collaborate Across Teams – Work with HR colleagues in Audio and Publishing to deliver resources and reporting that support our people and values.
What you will bring:
- Proven experience in HR operations or reporting, with a good understanding of the employee lifecycle and UK employment law (e.g. GDPR, right to work).
- Confidence using Excel, Word, and HR systems (e.g. SAP Success Factors); comfortable with tools like Teams and SharePoint.
- A sharp eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders.
- A passion for process, data, and making things better—for everyone.
It’d be great if you also have:
- Experience supporting compliance or D&I reporting (e.g. gender pay gap, Ofcom, PPA).
- Familiarity with HR frameworks, audit processes, or internal communications.
- A collaborative mindset and curiosity for how systems, data, and people processes connect.
