We’re working with a dynamic marketing and technology business that partners with some of the world’s leading brands. Based near Banbury, North Oxfordshire, they’re looking for a Finance Administrator who’s proactive, detail oriented, and excited by the possibilities of AI and smart automation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years’ experience in finance looking to grow their career in a business that invests in its people and is passionate about doing things better.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process purchase invoices and support payment runs
  • Keep ledgers tidy and balanced, and reconcile credit card and petty cash records
  • Raise and issue sales invoices, support credit control and cash flow
  • Manage the finance inbox and support general office operations
  • Use smart tools and AI to streamline tasks and share process improvement ideas

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years’ finance experience (purchase and/or sales ledger)
  • Organised, detail-driven and proactive
  • Keen to develop and learn (especially around tech and AI)
  • Friendly, team-oriented, and a clear communicator
  • Experience with Sage is a bonus
