About The Team And The Role

About The Role

We are looking to recruit an additional Team Administrator to join us on a full-time basis in Childrens Social Care admin team. The successful candidate will work within the Disabled Childrens Service based in Gloucester. Your role would be to support the team with a variety of administrative tasks, process financial documents to ensure our Disabled Children receive the necessary funding as required, whilst providing good customer service in person and on the telephone.

Duties Will Include

  • Dealing with telephone enquiries, taking messages and alerting Social Work staff
  • Preparing documents using Microsoft Word
  • Updating spreadsheets using Excel
  • Booking meetings using Microsoft Teams and our internal room booking system
  • Processing finance requests using SAP
  • Uploading documents to our bespoke database Liquid Logic (training will be provided).
