Job Description
Role: Supply Chain Operations Manager
Salary: £50,000–£60,000 + bonus & benefits
Location: London, UK-based (Hybrid/Remote, with international scope)
Start Date: ASAP or within 1 month ideally.
We’re working with an exciting and fast-growing brand in the FMCG/premium F&B space that’s scaling globally and launching in new markets. Off the back of this growth, they’re hiring a Supply Chain Manager – a critical hire to own day-to-day global supply chain operations and help shape the function as the business continues to expand.
Reporting into the Director of Supply Chain, this is a high-impact, hands-on role covering import/export, fulfilment, logistics, inventory, demand planning, and S&OP – with the opportunity to work across multiple markets and channels.
Key Responsibilities for the Supply Chain Manager:
- Lead day-to-day supply chain execution across UK and international markets
- Manage global logistics, including import/export processes, customs compliance, and 3PL relationships
- Oversee inventory and stock health across D2C, retail and wholesale channels
- Manage the monthly S&OP cycle and align cross-functional teams
- Support new market launches by planning delivery and fulfilment operations
- Track and improve key supply chain metrics (OTIF, forecast accuracy, availability)
Key Requirements for the Supply Chain Manager:
- 5+ years' experience in end-to-end supply chain roles, ideally within F&B, FMCG or retail
- Experience managing international logistics, shipping and fulfilment
- Strong demand planning and forecasting skills – confident with Excel; NetSuite a bonus
- Clear, structured communicator with a hands-on mindset and strong attention to detail
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments where you can build as you go
