Als Product Specialist Hydrauliek adviseer jij onze klanten over producten in de productgroep hydrauliek. Je focust je hierbij niet aleen op traditionele hydraulische systemen, maar kunt ook advies geven over elektrificatie-oplossingen. Je werkt nauw samen in klantenteams en draagt bij aan het behalen van de omzetdoelstellingen binnen jouw rayon. Zo draag je bij aan onze kernwaarden: Collaboration, Care & Ownership.
Taken
- behandelen van inkomende technische vragen van klanten
- opstellen van offertes en advies geven over producten
- klanten helpen om onze webshop optimaal te gebruiken
- signaleren van trends en ontwikkelingen ten aanzien van het assortiment en prijzen
- omzetanalyses maken voor de productgroepen Hydrauliek en Elektrificatie.
Wie ben jij?
Om een goed advies te kunnen geven heb je diepgaande kennis van hydrauliek nodig. En met de opkomst van electrificatie in onze branche is het essentieel om op de hoogte te zijn van de nieuwste trends en technologieën op dit gebied.
Je werkt graag in een innovatieve omgeving waar meedenken, ondernemerschap en persoonlijke ontwikkeling centraal staan. Je bent 32-40 uur per week beschikbaar en woont in de buurt van Varsseveld of Leek. Verder heb je:
- een opleiding in een technische, commerciële en/of landbouwtechnische richting
- sterke adviesvaardigheden en oplossingsgericht werken
- kennis van verschillende softwaretools en systemen
- uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- basiskennis van de Engelse taal is een must, vooral voor interne communicatie
