About This Opportunity

Cumberland Council is looking for aBusiness Support Administrator to join our People Directorate, supporting the vital work of the Childrens Safeguarding Hub. In this varied and rewarding role, you\’ll provide efficient administrative support, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, manage data systems, and help coordinate urgent responses all while making a real difference to the lives of people across Cumbria.

Were looking for someone with experience in office administration, excellent ICT skills, and a strong customer service ethos. A qualification at NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent experience) is essential. In return, youll be part of a supportive team culture, with opportunities for training and development, and the chance to contribute to service improvements in a forward-thinking local authority.

This role is available on a permanent basis.
