The advertised salary includes a supplement (JWC) to the base grade of the post. JWC supplements are conditional on the physical demands and/or working conditions of the role.
Available Hours: 1 x 19 hours night shifts, 1 x 0 hour day shift, 2 x 17.25 hour day shifts, 1 x 24 hour day shift

About the role
As a Support Worker (Carer, Care Worker, Care Assistant), you will get the opportunity to know people individually and support their wellbeing through physical and emotional care. You may also assist with medication, providing personal care, and encouraging independence.
No experience or qualifications are needed to get started. We will help and support you with fully paid training and development. If you have experience, you can take the next step in your career with us. We offer great opportunities to develop and build your skills.

About Our Home
Parkside is a comfortable, homely, and safe environment providing 24-hour residential care for the elderly frail.
Working within our Residential Care Service typically involves shifts covering between 7 am to 10 pm (days) or 9:30 pm to 7:30 am (nights), over 7 days, 365 days a year. This includes alternate weekends and Bank Holidays as part of a set rota.
