This is a great opportunity for a Utility Connection Co-ordinator to join a company based in Perth. The suitable candidate must have experience arranging new utility connections/ systems with a commercial mindset when managing all utility service connection aspects across projects.

This is a flexible opportunity working 3 days per week, where remote working can be an option with a weekly meeting to be held at the company HQ. Travel to site may be required from time to time, which will cover projects mostly in Central Scotland and further afield on occasion.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify required utility connections for construction projects such as electricity, water, gas, telecoms etc.
  • Instigate the process of applying for new connections.
  • Liaise with utility providers.
  • Monitor progress and highlight any issues or delays.
  • Maintain knowledge of utility provider requirements.
  • Provide regular updates to internal management teams.

Required:

  • Strong understanding of construction process and experience with utility connections.
  • Experience in commercial aspects.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with utility companies, contractors and mangers.

Salary:

  • 24-26ph
