Location: Newcastle Volkswagen
Working hours: Mon – Fri 8 – 5.30 & Sat 8 – 12.30 (alternate)
Salary: Up to £34k Including OTE
We are seeking a Service Advisor to join Newcastle Volkswagen\’s friendly and efficient Aftersales department. This is a permanent role, based on a 42-hour week, including Saturday mornings on a rota, with a competitive starting salary of £26,000 plus an uncapped bonus. The role offers opportunities for career development within a premium VW brand.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a personalized, premium customer experience, advising on vehicle servicing, MOT, and repairs, and upselling parts and accessories. They will manage high-volume customer interactions both in person and via phone and online, ensuring clear communication and accurate record-keeping.
Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a warm personality, and a passion for delivering first-class customer service. Experience with Kerridge/ADP systems and a background in the automotive industry are advantageous. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
