Position Overview
The Admin Assistant provides essential support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office and the efficient operation of daily administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, a proactive attitude and the ability to multitask.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing enquiry email address.
- Logging all incoming enquiries and orders for the design team.
- Order processing.
- Answering calls from customers and dealing with general enquiries.
- General administration duties.

This full-time role entails 37.5 hours per week, providing a stable schedule with weekends free for your leisure. Work hours are Monday to Thursday from 8.30am to 5pm, and Friday from 8.30am to 2.00pm. We can also consider part-time hours via job share, shorter working days or fewer days each week.
