Responsibilities
Be part of our success story and contribute to our bright future, Locala Community Partnerships is a Community Interest Company (CIC), an independent, not for profit social enterprise, providing NHS services to over 400,000 people, in and around Kirklees.
Our OPAT service, part of Locala’s Integrated Community Services, is comprised of our Clinical Lead, Band 6 Clinical Coordinator and a team of band 5 Nurses working across the Kirklees area, with supporting clinicians from the acute trusts and other community partners. An opportunity has arisen for a motivated, caring nurse to join our team who is also able to work independently / mobile and as a team. The team currently works a mixture of 7.5 hour early and late shifts.
