- Complete bathroom rip‑out and disposal of waste at a licensed tip
- Plumbing including installation of new fixtures (toilets, basins, radiators, showers) and any required plumbing adjustments.
- All required wall and floor preparations (including moisture‑resistant plasterboard, core drilling, self‑levelling compound, and ply backing).
- Full tiling and decoration as per specifications, including installation of carer screens, grab rails, shower seats, and mastic sealing.
- Final handover to the client, including full room cleanup and rubbish removal
