Located in the heart of London, Mercure London Bridge Hotel is looking for a Front Office Team Member / Receptionist to bring your sparkling personality.

As our next Receptionist, you will:
Be the ‘face of Mercure London Bridge’, welcoming guests warmly, prioritizing their well-being, and adding a personal touch to their stay.
Coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure an excellent guest experience.
Be passionate about improving hotel services continually.
Additional information:
You will receive training in all front-of-house functions and safety procedures to support your success.
Fluency in English is required to effectively welcome and care for guests.
To help you understand the guest experience, a one-night stay will be arranged for you during your onboarding.
