Position: Factory Operative
Location: Northwich, Cheshire
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The Role
As a Factory Operative, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process of our industry‑leading roller shutter doors. This is a hands‑on position that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, cut, weld and prepare components for roller shutter doors.
- Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized factory environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production deadlines.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a factory or manufacturing environment.
- Competent in welding and fabrication (ideally in industrial doors but not essential).
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Good physical fitness and ability to handle manual tasks.
