As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Peripatetic Home Manager to join our expanding regional support team and help shape the future of care across the South West and Midlands. You’ll play a vital role in providing leadership across up to 8 complex care services, stepping in where you’re needed most.

This is a regional role that requires regular travel between Torquay and Birmingham, supporting services during periods of transition, change, or growth. You’ll need to be confident on the road and thrive in a role where no two weeks look the same.

  • Adaptable, resilient, and people-focused, you bring consistency and energy, even in complex environments
