Responsibilities for our Telemarketing Team Manager:

Manage, coach and develop a team of circa 20-25 Telemarketing Advisors.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

Monitor productivity and drive KPIs to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality leads

Ensure the quality and qualification of all appointments set for field sales reps.

Conduct regular 1-2-1 coaching sessions, team meetings, and ongoing performance reviews.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to support a seamless sales process and outstanding customer experience.
