We\’re looking for a versatile, talented, conceptual Art Director with a book that embraces AI, and proves you\’ve got a design focus as much as a conceptual focus. You\’ll be used to a fast pace and tight deadlines and can produce creative with ideas that are channel-relevant, on brand and will stop people in their tracks. You\’ll have worked on a range of B2C and retail brand.

You\’ll be able to strategically ground your creative thinking against the asks of the brief and will successfully work in partnership with other creatives in the copy or design space where required. This role will offer you diversity of client and type of brief, and you\’d join a passionate team based just out of Birmingham with the option of working flexibly.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and develop a forward-thinking creative strategy that effectively aligns with our organisational goals and enhances our brand\’s presence in the market. This strategy should encompass innovative approaches and techniques, aimed at captivating our target audience while driving engagement and growth
- Execution and management of multi-channel campaign delivery that includes, but is not limited to, email marketing, social media platforms, content marketing, paid advertising, and traditional media
- Design exceptional visual experiences for B2C brands that not only captivate the audience but also effectively communicate the brand\’s message and values. Your role will involve creating innovative and engaging designs that resonate with consumers, allowing them to form a strong connection with the brands. Through your creative expertise, you will help transform ideas into stunning visual representations that elevate brand identity and enhance customer engagement
Requirements
- You possess a strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, where your skills in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator are essential requirements for this role. Your expertise in these applications will empower you to create visually stunning and effective designs. Furthermore, you hold a deep passion for the potential of artificial intelligence in revolutionising and elevating creative output, driving your enthusiasm for exploring innovative tools and methodologies that enhance your work and inspire those around you
