The team you\’ll join:
You’ll be joining a small team that thrives on collaboration and clear communication. We’re passionate about delivering a great experience for our customers from day one, and we work closely with sales, support and operations to make that happen. You’ll have the autonomy to own your accounts, while being part of a genuinely supportive environment that backs you to succeed
The impact you\’ll have:
You’ll be instrumental in getting customers to understand the value of a Pro Service account, by building trust and offering support; you’ll shape how each new customer trades with Pro Service, and influence whether they stay and grow. Your consultative approach will contribute to long-term relationships, retention and revenue growth
A typical day:

Review newly onboarded customers and strategically plan your outreach

Conduct product demos (Marketplace) to showcase value and drive engagement

Follow up with accounts in the onboarding process to ensure smooth progression

Pursue high-potential opportunities within your sales pipeline

Maintain up-to-date records and activity tracking in the CRM system

Keep conversations active and progressing toward conversion

Identify and capitalize on revenue growth opportunities across our verticals
