Votre rĂ´le

Rôle stratégique, opérationnel et international: Responsable RH France, et coordination RH régionale sur 5 pays (France, Espagne, Italie, Royaume-Uni, Irlande).

Rattaché(e) hiérarchiquement au Directeur Général France, avec un lien fonctionnel auprès du Directeur Régional Europe du Sud-Ouest et du Directeur RH Groupe. Poste hybride, à la croisée des enjeux locaux, régionaux et internationaux.

Sur le périmètre France

  • Encadrer et animer une Ă©quipe RH locale composĂ©e de 4 collaborateurs.
  • DĂ©ployer la stratĂ©gie RH en lien avec les objectifs de la direction France.
  • Conseiller et accompagner les managers sur tous les sujets RH : relations sociales, dĂ©veloppement des compĂ©tences, gestion de la performance, conduite du changement, etc.
  • Piloter les projets RH locaux tout en assurant leur cohĂ©rence avec les initiatives du groupe.
  • Assurer le dialogue social et veiller Ă  la conformitĂ© avec la lĂ©gislation du travail française.

Sur le périmètre Europe du Sud-Ouest (Cluster)

  • Travailler en coordination Ă©troite avec les HR Managers des 4 autres pays (Espagne, Italie, Royaume-Uni, Irlande) et collaborer en reporting matriciel.
  • Participer Ă  la structuration des activitĂ©s RH Ă  l’échelle rĂ©gionale.
  • Contribuer Ă  l’harmonisation des pratiques et Ă  la mise en Ĺ“uvre de projets RH communs dans le cluster.

Au niveau du groupe Kramp

  • ĂŠtre l’interlocuteur(trice) principal(e) du Directeur RH Groupe pour tous les projets RH stratĂ©giques ou transversaux.
  • ReprĂ©senter la rĂ©gion Europe du Sud-Ouest dans les discussions, groupes de travail et initiatives RH portĂ©es par le groupe.

Profil recherché

  • Cadre RH expĂ©rimentĂ©(e) avec vision stratĂ©gique, opĂ©rationnalitĂ© et leadership transversal dans un environnement international.
  • Formation supĂ©rieure en Ressources Humaines (Master ou Ă©quivalent).
  • ExpĂ©rience significative (8 Ă  10 ans minimum) dans un rĂ´le RH gĂ©nĂ©raliste avec management d’équipe.
  • MaĂ®trise du droit du travail français.
  • ExpĂ©rience dans un groupe international ou une organisation matricielle.
  • CapacitĂ© Ă  dialoguer avec le top management et Ă  fĂ©dĂ©rer des Ă©quipes Ă  distance.
  • Excellente communication, leadership collaboratif, sens du service et de la confidentialitĂ©.
  • MaĂ®trise impĂ©rative de l’anglais professionnel (oral et Ă©crit).
