Dobbes Family Winery and Wine by Joe located in the heart of Dundee has an immediate opening for a Wine Club and DTC Coordinator
Wine Club
• Together with the Wine Club & Events Manager, oversee maintenance of the Wine Club and general database, including but not limited to, new custom entry, account information, cancellation requirements, and coupon/promotion.
• Together with the Wine Club & Events Manager, communicate with members regarding all club release shipments.
• Assist with reporting on business with Wine Club and Direct channel metrics.
• Responsible for prompt response to all telephone and email inquiries, requests, and complaints from Wine Club Members.
• Responsible for incremental wine sales to Wine Club members through relationship building, leveraging sales opportunities and active sales techniques.
• Assists with organizing Wine Club pickups, parties, and wine-club exclusive events
• Supports incremental wine sales to Wine Club members by fostering relationships, identifying opportunities, and executing sales techniques under the guidance of the Wine Club & Events Manager and Director of DTC & Marketing.
Tasting Room & DTC Sales Support
• Greets guests in the tasting room and provides a warm, welcoming experience; may periodically assist during service gaps or lunch coverage as needed
• Supports tasting room staff with wine service, merchandise displays, and upkeep of hospitality spaces
• Assists with on-site wine club signups and communicates club benefits to guests
• Responsible for all tasting room donation requests
• Other admin duties as assigned by the Tasting Room Manager
Event Coordination
• Assist in executing on-site and off-site events—from club and hospitality activations to marketing and community experiences, including logistics, setup, guest check-in, and cleanup
• Collaborates with the hospitality and marketing teams to support event promotions and RSVP management
• Maintains event supplies and coordinates with vendors as needed
• May provide on-the-ground support during events to ensure an exceptional guest experience
• Ensures all events reflect brand standards and deliver a memorable guest experience
Shipping Coordination
• Work with the shipping team to help coordinate accurate and timely fulfillment of club shipments, online orders, and marketing needs (e.g., influencer or press kits)
• Serve as a liaison between shipping, customer service, and marketing to troubleshoot issues and ensure a seamless experience for all customers
• Help audit shipping lists and support communications related to fulfillment timelines or issues
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (5%)
• Maintain knowledge of the company’s wines and the winemaking process to effectively advise and sell wine to guests in person, via email and phone.
• Comply with all OLCC laws and ordinances, while meeting customer service guidelines and maintaining company image.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• • Must be at least 21 years of age.
• This position requires a minimum one years of related experience in the wine industry, hospitality, administrative and/or sales strong preferred.
• This position requires a demonstrated excellence in customer service.
• This position requires a exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• This position requires a demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects with little direction.
• This position requires strong communication and organizational skills.
• This position requires basic math skills.
• This position requires a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate to a variety of audiences both verbally and in writing.
• Must possess an intermediate working knowledge of winemaking equipment, processes and procedures.
• Must possess an intermediate working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Oregon Liquor Control Commission license is required.
Position Comments
