We’re looking for a proactive and driven IT Support trainee to join our office-based team in Blandford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in IT Support who enjoys solving problems, working with people, and delivering excellent internal service across a dynamic business.

As an IT Support team member, you will provide day-to-day technical support across the firm, assisting colleagues with hardware, software, and system-related queries. The ability to drive is essential due to occasional travel between office locations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing first-line IT Support to all staff across the firm
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
  • Assisting with system setups, equipment installations, and user onboarding

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous IT Support experience (bonus)
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
