On behalf of a wonderful, very kind and caring couple, we are looking for a Live-in Housekeeper/Cook for their country property in Henley-on-Thames.
You will be responsible for maintaining the interiors of the property as well as preparing delicious healthy meals for the couple when they are in residence. We are looking for a super switched on and capable Housekeeper, who has excellent communication skills and is able to facilitate the smooth running of this property for the principals. The ideal candidate will be professional and discreet, with 5+ years of experience working as a Live-in Housekeeper for an UHNWI or family.
The accommodation provided comprises a four-bedroom house with its own private garden. The principals are happy for the Housekeeper’s partner and/or children to live in the property with them, pets are also welcome.
Due to the location of the property and for the purposes of running errands as part of the role responsibilities a driver is required, a car is provided. There are two cats in the property so you must be pet friendly.

Duties and responsibilities;
- Laundry and ironing
- Wardrobe management
- Cooking fresh, simple, healthy meals for the principals
- Stocking the fridge and freezer with meals easy to reheat
- Grocery shopping
- Household ordering and ensuring the property is stocked with all necessary items
- Assisting with the care of the cats
- Liaising with contractors/reporting any maintenance issues
To be considered for this role you must;
- Have 3+ years of experience working as a Housekeeper/Cook for a HNW family
- Possess (/be willing to get) an up-to-date DBS check
