We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic, proactive people to become part of our Front of House team.
As the only not-for-profit restaurant in the region, we are owned and operated by Lincoln College, providing technical qualifications and training for thousands of school leavers and adults each year.
With no private owner or shareholders, all profits are reinvested into our colleges in Lincoln and Newark, enhancing education and training opportunities.
The successful candidate will work as part of the Old Bakery team, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
They will be responsible for welcoming and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner and supporting the smooth day to day running of The Old Bakery. Previous Front of House experience is preferred but not essential.
They will adhere to food safety regulations and maintain a high level of cleanliness within the restaurant.
Working hours will be flexible depending on need, potentially in the range of 10 hours per week but changeable
