About The Role
You’ll be joining our busy Commissions team, who process millions of pounds worth of transactions every week for approximately 200 mortgage firms within our network. This team are focused on accuracy, an amazing service and continuous improvement – we’re now looking for someone who shares that mindset.
🚀 Our Mission? To deliver accurate and timely commissions processing that supports our network and enables great customer outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing In The Role
- Process and reconcile commissions payments, including weekly imports of commission statements
- Deal with various insurance providers and lenders on a daily basis
- Resolve email and banking queries in a timely and professional manner
- Handle telephone queries with excellent customer service
- Input accurate information into our banking platform and other relevant systems

- Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Great communication skills and an ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Microsoft Office experience – Word, Excel, Teams
