Who we’re looking for:
Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills
- Extensive post graduate demonstrable experience in all aspects of pre and post contract quantity surveying
- 5+ years’ experience with a consultancy organisation
- 5+ years experience living and working in the GCC
- Sound knowledge and practical experience of cost estimating and planning.
- Extensive giga project experience, in hospitality, mixed use, rail, and heavy infrastructure
- Practical knowledge of construction procurement strategies, including tendering and contract strategies.
- Sound knowledge and experience of post-contract cost management tasks
- Clear and effective communication skills – both oral and written
- Ability to absorb complex information and assess requirements readily
- Ability to work as part of a team

- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- MRICS or equivalent chartered status
- Extensive giga project experience
- Arabic language skills desirable
- Native English level written and oral skills
