Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement evidence-based interventions based on ABA principles as directed by a BCBA.

  • Collect and record accurate data on client progress during therapy sessions.

  • Assist in the development and updating of behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

  • Foster a positive learning environment to promote client engagement and learning.

  • Teach and reinforce communication, social, and functional life skills.

  • Conduct therapy sessions in various environments, including home, school, and community settings.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.

  • Participate in regular team meetings, training, and supervision sessions.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor\’s Degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred).

  • RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification.

  • Experience working with individuals with ASD or developmental disabilities is an asset.

  • Strong communication, patience, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (if sessions are conducted in multiple locations).
